初伏chū fú

1.夏至后的第三个庚日，是三伏中头伏的第一天。

2.通常也指从夏至后的第三个庚日起至第四个庚日前一天的一段时间。也叫“头伏”

初伏是关于日历法的一种说法，指夏至后的第三个庚日，是三伏中头伏的第一天，通常也指从夏至后的第三个庚日起至第四个庚日前一天的一段时间。

按中国的日历法来说，是真正暑天的开始。初伏固定为10天， 初伏从夏至日后第三个庚日始（称入伏）。
