◎《西游记》故事：猪八戒以钉耙为武器，常用回身倒打一耙的绝技战胜对手。现在多用来比喻自己干了坏事不承认，反而对检举人反咬一口；或者是不接受别人的批评，反而指责批评的人。

◎《西游记》中猪八戒用钉耙作武器，常常假装败走，等敌人追近，再猛然回身攻击。后则以倒打一耙比喻犯了错误或做了坏事，不但不承认，反而诬陷揭发或批评的人。也作“倒打一钯@@@倒打一瓦”。

例如如：“小王揭发小李监守自盗，不料小李倒打一耙，反说小王是主使者。”
